This is how you can improve English and learn to speak English like mother tongue.

The first thing I would like to say is your knowledge of tenses, conditional tenses, auxiliary and perfect auxiliary should be good. If this is what you know well then I can help you to speak English like mother tongue. Here we go.

Suppose
'keep a slience in the class' I will say that use this phrase in past, present and future tense. You need to create a situation like
Children don't keep the silence in the class. -- Present Tense.
Children used to keep silence during the class. -- Past tense.
Children may not be able to keep silence even if you shout at them.

What you have to do is you have to make three situation using one generic phrase. So if you want to learn to speak best English, there are millions and trillions of the phrases that teach you to know about effective interaction, English Communication. And this should should comprise diction that would meet immediate requirement of the message you would want to pass. It is true that to complete communication you need to get the feedback or response from whom you communicated a message. After the response comes to you, it should gratify your nerves. The response that doesn't gratify your nerves can unnerve you and that response imply that you have not communicated the message in a proper way. You have to devise strategies which should help you to make the things happen smoothly. Each time you think there must be a variation in your expression including Verbal and nonverbal ones. Words meet requirements of what you want to say. So a well-suited word can touch the heart of the listener or reader. So you need to have an ample vocabulary. Only knowling the meaning of word is not sufficient. You need to know the meaning of the word, correct spelling, correct pronunciation, the primary and secondary accent of the word, and you must be able to split or define that word, if all this is possible. Then you can deliver the message to the great fidelity. There would be good deal of precision in sending a message if these basics are imbibed. Learning the nittygritty of these basic terminologies need a careful and analyitcal study of English language.

To improve voice quality you need to take special precaution like your knowlege of how vowels, dipthongs, consonants are pronouned should be really good.

Why knowing all these things are important. I will briefly explain. We are humans and have good receptivity of learning and so anything we have in our mind we should be able to pass it to others through verbal communication. If this is what we have been able to do then no one stops us from understand each other. Take any language into consideration, the essence of best communication lies in learning how to use the language in its narrowest sense.
People work according to how they have been told to do. But when it comes to talking about innovation they lack ideation that is the implementaion of what they want to do. Even organizing skills also emnate from learning language. Having a command of language is an implication of being a good communicator, people who speak glibly but nicely are are well heard. Some time the language is taught by teacher sometime by mother, sometime by a well wisher, but a person has to dig out the facts from various sources and should strengthen whatever it takes to learn to use good language.
